Nis is one of the major cities of Serbia. This metropolis of moderate continental climate which occupies an area of 597 square miles not only stands out for being a great university, but also for its strong industrial profile (product development activities related to electronics, engineering, textiles and tobacco production) and the various tourist attractions preserved.

Among the sites and monuments that no traveler should miss visiting this village which is divided into five municipalities (Medijana, Palilula, Pantelej, Niska Banja Crveni Krst and) are the old tower Skull, Chapel Memorial, Concentration Camp Crveni Krst (now a museum), the archaeological site and Medium ancient fortress of Nis.
